Having Trouble Receiving Neighborhood Emails?
We recently moved our email lists to a new system to make communication easier as we launched our new website.
If you’ve stopped getting emails from Neighborhood (like our weekly newsletter, Monday’s Continuing the Conversation,or Daily Devotionals), try walking through this short checklist before reaching out for help.
Follow these steps below and if you’re still not seeing our emails, we can help.
Reach out to info@neighborhoodchurch.org and someone from our team will follow up.
✅ Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Sometimes emails can end up in the wrong place.
-
Search for “Neighborhood Church” in your email inbox.
-
If you find one of our emails in Spam or Promotions, mark it as “Not Spam” or “Move to Inbox.”
-
Add info@neighborhoodchurch.org to your contacts to help future emails land correctly.
✅ Step 2: Re-subscribe
-
Make sure we have your correct email address. Double-check for typos (like
.coninstead of.com) — that’s the #1 issue we see.
✅ Step 3: Look for Filters or Folders
If you’ve created custom filters or folders, Neighborhood emails might be getting sorted automatically.
Search your inbox for “Neighborhood Church” or “Continuing the Conversation” to see if they’re being stored elsewhere.
